یارانه‌های زنبورداری اتحادیه اروپا برای گرده افشانی به درخواست انجمن زنبورداری اروپا

یارانه‌های زنبورداری اتحادیه اروپا برای گرده افشانی به درخواست انجمن زنبورداری اروپا ارائه می‌شود.

امروز هشتمین روز جهانی زنبورداری است که در آن رهبری EBA با کمیسر کشاورزی و غذای اروپا، آقای کریستوفر هانسن، دیدار کرد - یارانه‌هایی برای کلنی‌های زنبور عسل در اروپا ارائه می‌شود!

یکی از اهداف اصلی انجمن زنبورداری اسلوونی به مدت ۲۰ سال و یکی از اهداف اصلی انجمن زنبورداری اروپا - که بدیهی است برای دستیابی به آن هدف، تأسیس EBA ضروری بود - این است که اروپا اهمیت زنبورها را به عنوان گرده افشان به رسمیت بشناسد و اجازه حمایت مالی مستقیم از کلنی‌های زنبور عسل را بدهد.

امروز، کمیسر کشاورزی و غذای اتحادیه اروپا خبر فوق‌العاده‌ای را اعلام کرد مبنی بر اینکه به زنبورداران انجمن زنبورداری اروپا گوش داده و کمیسیون اتحادیه اروپا اصلاحاتی را برای ۱۴ مه آماده کرده است و یارانه‌های هر کندو به عنوان بخشی از اقدامات کشاورزی-زیست‌محیطی در حال اعمال است!

این خبر از جلسه امروز، واقعاً کورسوی امیدی برای بخش زنبورداری در اروپا است که در شرایط سختی قرار دارد.

نامه‌های متعدد از انجمن زنبورداری اروپا در سال گذشته و جلسات متعدد با نمایندگان عالی‌رتبه سیاست اروپا و مهمتر از همه، درک این مشکل توسط کمیسر کشاورزی و غذای اتحادیه اروپا، نتایجی را به همراه داشته است.

کمیسر از رئیس EBA Boštjan Noč تشکر کرد و بر اهمیت زنبورداری اسلوونی به عنوان نمونه‌ای درخشان برای کل اروپا و جهان تأکید کرد.

او بر اهمیت گرده افشان‌ها که نقش کلیدی در تضمین عرضه مواد غذایی با کیفیت بالا و طیف متنوعی از مواد مغذی ضروری دارند، تأکید کرد.

«علیرغم همه این چالش‌ها، اتحادیه اروپا همچنان دومین تولیدکننده بزرگ عسل در جهان است و تعداد زنبورداران و کندوها در 5 سال گذشته نسبتاً ثابت مانده است. CAP یا سیاست مشترک کشاورزی ابزاری مهم برای حمایت از حفاظت از زنبورها و گرده افشان‌ها از طریق شیوه‌های کشاورزی سازگار با محیط زیست است. ما بودجه ویژه‌ای به مبلغ 60 میلیون یورو در سال به بخش زنبورداری اختصاص داده‌ایم که اسلوونی نیز از آن بهره‌مند می‌شود.» این کمیسر خاطرنشان کرد.

تا کنون، حمایت از زنبورداری عمدتاً به ازای هر هکتار پرداخت شده است. ما پیشنهاد می‌کنیم به کشورهای عضو اجازه دهیم که به ازای هر کندو حمایت ارائه دهند.

در نهایت، می‌دانم که زنبورداران و همچنین مصرف‌کنندگان نگران تقلب در عسل هستند. مصرف‌کنندگان همچنین می‌خواهند بدانند عسل آنها از کجا می‌آید. ما اخیراً قوانین مربوط به برچسب‌گذاری عسل و تضمین کیفیت و اصالت عسل را سخت‌تر کرده‌ایم. ما همچنین کار خود را در زمینه تجزیه و تحلیل برای تشخیص تقلب در عسل با شربت‌های قند افزایش داده‌ایم و یک پلتفرم عسل برای کمک به ما در این کار ایجاد کرده‌ایم.»

کمیسر بر لزوم ادامه همکاری برای محافظت از گرده افشان‌ها، حمایت از زنبورداران و تضمین آینده‌ای پایدار برای کشاورزی تأکید کرد. کمیسر گفت: «ما می‌توانیم با هم تغییر ایجاد کنیم و آینده‌ای روشن‌تر را برای نسل‌های آینده تضمین کنیم.»

رئیس انجمن زنبورداری اروپا، بوشیان نوچ، جلسه را با خلاصه کردن مهم‌ترین بخش‌های جلسه به پایان رساند و از کمیسر به خاطر حمایت و تلاش‌هایش در دستیابی به هدفی که شامل 20 سال مبارزه انجمن زنبورداری اسلوونی و انجمن زنبورداری اروپا می‌شود، تشکر کرد. بدیهی است که تأسیس EBA برای دستیابی به آن هدف ضروری بود.

EU BEEHIVE SUBSIDIES FOR POLLINATION ARE BEING INTRODUCED AT THE REQUEST OF THE EUROPEAN BEEKEEPING ASSOCIATION

The results of the work of the European Beekeeping Association are visible!

Today marks the 8th International Beekeeping Day, at which the EBA leadership met with the European Commissioner for Agriculture and Food, Mr. Christopher Hansen – Subsidies for bee colonies in Europe are being introduced!

One of the main goals of the Slovenian Beekeeping Association for 20 years and one of the main goals of the European Beekeeping Association - it was obviously necessary to establish the EBA in order to achieve that goal, is for Europe to recognize the importance of bees as pollinators and to allow direct financial support for bee colonies.

Today, the EU Commissioner for Agriculture and food announced the fantastic news that he had listened to the beekeepers of the European Beekeeping Association and that the EU Commission had already prepared amendments for 14 May and that subsidies per hive are being introduced as part of the agri-environmental measures!

This news from today's meeting is truly a ray of hope for the beekeeping sector in Europe, which is in a difficult situation.

Numerous letters from the European Beekeeping Association in the last year and numerous meetings with high-ranking representatives of European politics and, above all, the understanding of the problem by the EU Commissioner for Agriculture and Food have brought results.

The Commissioner thanked President EBA Boštjan Noč, highlighting the importance of Slovenian beekeeping as a shining example for the whole of Europe and the world.

He highlighted the importance of pollinators, which play a key role in ensuring a high-quality food supply and a diverse range of essential nutrients.

"Despite all these challenges, the EU remains the second largest honey producer in the world, and the number of beekeepers and hives has remained relatively stable over the last 5 years.The CAP or Common Agricultural Policy is an important instrument to support the protection of bees and pollinators through environmentally friendly agricultural practices. We have a specific budget of €60 million per year dedicated to the beekeeping sector, from which Slovenia also benefits," the Commissioner pointed out.

"Until now, beekeeping support has been paid mainly per hectare. We propose to allow Member States to provide support per hive.

Finally, I know that beekeepers, and consumers too, are concerned about honey fraud. Consumers also want to know where their honey comes from. We have recently tightened the rules on the labelling of honey and on ensuring the quality and authenticity of honey. We have also stepped up our work on analysis to detect the adulteration of honey with sugar syrups and created a honey platform to help us in this work," said the Commissioner.

The Commissioner also announced fantastic news, marketing funds were also approved at the EBA's request, financial support for the promotion and investment in the marketing of bee products, highlighting the importance of building trust on a solid foundation between producers and consumers. The Commissioner highlighted the importance of bee products, not only honey, but also other products.

The Commissioner pointed out the need to continue working together to protect our pollinators, support our beekeepers and ensure a sustainable future for agriculture. Together we can make a difference and ensure a brighter future for generations to come,” said the Commissioner.

The President of the European Beekeeping Association, Boštjan Noč, concluded the meeting by summarizing the most important segments of the meeting, thanking the Commissioner for his support and efforts, in achieving a goal that includes 20 years of struggle of the Beekeeping Association of Slovenia and the European Beekeeping Association, it was obviously necessary to establish the EBA in order to achieve that goal.
